MANAGING PORTFOLIO CAREERS
Charles Handy first coined the term ‘Porfolio Career’ in 1989 in his book The Age of Unreason. Look upon your work journey as a ‘Portfolio Career’ rather than a linear experience.” It is an approach you pursue purposefully and positively, as a way to achieve financial or personal goals or a mix of both.
